Can I collect my car at the weekend?+

Yes, you can collect your car at the weekend, as long as you give the required notice and make the necessary arrangements with us beforehand.

How does the contactless drop-off and collection service work?+

As part of our storage requirements, we keep one key and you keep the other. This means that, if needed, your vehicle can be left ready for you to collect, or you can drop it off in one of our collection and drop-off bays.

Is my vehicle insured while it's in storage?+

Yes, all vehicles are insured while in storage, and this is included in the storage cost. If your vehicle's value exceeds our cover, get in touch and we'll arrange a quote for additional cover from our insurer.

Can I use my own trickle charger?+

Yes. As part of our Standard package, you can either use your own trickle charger or we can provide one for you.

Can you organise the annual servicing for me?+

Yes, we're more than happy to organise servicing for you, including transport to and from the garage.
